Experience and Projects:
- Department of Transport, Development of a National Rail Policy
- Provincial Government, Legal assistance and support in the implementation of DORA, more particularly with the conversion of the interim contract and the negotiations to have those contracts converted
- Provincial Government, Legal assistance & support in the Public Transport Reform Process, including support relating to preparation for transformation in terms of the NLTTA.
- Legal and governance study on the feasibility of possible changes to various Public Transport Taxi Councils’ structures.
- Design of election protocol and process for the elections to take place in public transport structures.
- Assisted and co-
coordinated the so- called section 78 process set out in the Municipal Systems Act, conducted at various Municipalities as part of the transformation process currently underway. - Involved in process of ring fencing the Municipalities’ electricity industries in overseer capacity – assisting with compilation, drafting and reviewing of the final report.
- Contract Management for the Rea Vaya BRT Transport Solution in City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality.
