- City of Johannesburg, Development of a Gas Strategy for the City of Johannesburg
(to make an informed decision on whether to expand their gas network to poverty stricken
areas)
- Centre for Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS), Project to determine the socio-economic
impact of CCS in South Africa. CCS is a division of Central Energy Fund
- NERSA, Study to develop a methodology to determine the maximum piped gas price in
South Africa
- Eskom Magna Carta, Market research on two domestic appliances for Eskom DSM to determine
the effects that incentives on these products could have on energy savings in the
country and at what cost to Eskom
- Victorian Government Australia, Renewable Energy project - Elsa was involved in the
Australian Government tender for Sustainable Energy Developers to submit proposals
to receive grant from the Government for Large Scale Demonstration Projects. Elsa
was part of a SAHA team evaluating 14 proposals that were received in terms of its
commercial and project delivery capability according to certain pre determined criteria.
